May 2, 2014 - As I catch up on my journaling, I sit here and think about the last 4 weeks since the day I found my lump. What an intense ride! I have felt every emotion there is to feel intensified by 1000. As I look back, I also see why the journey has taken me the way it has and believe everything happens for a reason. I have always believed everything happens for a reason, even when you don't know the reason. I’ve given myself to the lord and pray everyday. I met a positive Doctor, who, because of my Life Coach Barbara, took me in so quickly to give me the support I need and deserve. An oncologist who will fight with me and support me through this battle I will win. I have seen people in a different light. People are out there who are nice, compassionate and who are willing to support me and love me, not just my family. And it’s only the beginning. This is a life changing experience and it will only change more. Not just with people but the daily life too. Juicing and paying extreme attention to my body. By the time I win this fight, I will know every spec of my body, what it likes and doesn't, how it reacts to what I put in it or don't. Truly life changing.
